 Electroacoustic Composition for Screen
(Conservatorio GB Martini Bologna - Italy)

 Composition for Video Games
 (Université de Montréal - Canada)

Born in Tenerife (Spain) in 1998, Tomás F. Rodríguez Muñoz started studying piano when he was 8 years old. He maintained his engagement with music throughout childhood and adolescence and began to take an interest in art philosophy and musical creation. That led himto move to Madrid to study Composition, under the guidance of David del Puerto. In Madrid, he also continued his piano studies, with Javier Negrín as a teacher. His interest in acoustics and technology made him work on developing a solid knowledge in electroacoustic composition as well.

With diverse musical influences, ranging from the Renaissance and Baroque composers to progressive rock, flamenco and hip hop music, Tomás finds that working on soundtracks provides an ideal opportunity for integrating an eclectic musical style with the imagery of visual artists and filmmakers. For him, an audiovisual project offers the perfect chance to collectively put together a work of art.
